Student of the Month Celebration - September
We had a wonderful time yesterday celebrating our September Students of the Month at their special luncheon! 🎉
Congratulations to all our outstanding students who were recognized for their hard work, kindness, and positive attitudes. We're so proud of each and every one of you!
Please note: Due to the number of students honored, not all students appear in the photos shared. We celebrated everyone equally and are grateful for all our amazing students!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event special. Here's to another great month ahead!

Hello Thunderbird Community,
The Hays Lodge Pole Public School Board of Trustees and Staff Leadership Team are currently embarking on an exciting journey to shape the future of our public schools. We invite all stakeholders—including board members, staff, parents, and community members—to actively participate in our strategic planning process. Your insights and perspectives are invaluable as they will help us understand our strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth. ⚠️ Important Safety Message for Families
We want to make families aware of a dangerous trend called the “Space Monkey Challenge” that has recently surfaced among students in some schools. This challenge involves restricting oxygen to the brain to experience a brief “high,” which is extremely dangerous and can cause serious injury or even death.
Our school is taking this matter very seriously. We are increasing supervision throughout the building and reminding students about the importance of making safe, healthy choices.
We ask families to talk with their children about the risks of this challenge and encourage open communication about peer pressure and internet trends.
Student safety is always our top priority, and we appreciate your continued partnership in keeping our students safe and informed.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school office.
