📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL PARENTS/CAREGIVERS: STUDENT RE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED 📣
Hays-Lodge Pole Schools | 2025-2026 School Year
To ensure the safety, well-being, and success of all students, all students attending Hays-Lodge Pole Schools (K-12) must be re-registered before the start of the school year. This process is mandatory for both returning and new students.
🔹 Why is Re-Registration Important?
To update all contact and emergency information
To ensure accurate health and immunization records
To verify custody and legal guardianship documentation
To confirm student information for school transportation, class placement, and services
To protect the safety of your child by ensuring only approved individuals are allowed to check them out of school
🔹 Required Documents:
Please bring the following documents when you register your child:
✅ Proof of custody or legal guardianship, if applicable
✅ Updated health history and immunization records
✅ Copy of the student’s birth certificate
✅ Current address and contact information
✅ Updated student check-out form (listing who is allowed to pick up your child)
🛑 Students will NOT be allowed to attend school until all required paperwork is completed and submitted.
📅 Registration Begins:
Tuesday, August 5, 2025
📍 Registration packets will be mailed out 8/5/2025 or you can pick packets up at the schools' front offices, packets will be available with Heather Boushie at the Hays Powwow, the post office, IHS and we can email a copy upon request. You may submit your completed packet to either HLP High School or Elementary and we will get it to the correct location. Packets are due August 18th at 3 PM in order to attend the first day of school. Please allow one day for processing.
